FSCHC has established and implemented programs intended to help families achieve financial independence and home ownership. 
FSCHC is certified by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) for housing counseling , credit counseling, financial literacy training and foreclosure prevention.
We are also HUD certified.
