Foreclosure prevention counseling is provided on an individual, confidential basis. Our target areas are the City of Lansing, the City of East Lansing, Clinton County, Eaton County and Ingham County.

The Michigan Homeowner Assistance Nonprofit Housing Corporation designed programs to help homeowners who have had a financial hardship. This website is the fastest way for homeowners to submit an application for assistance.
